Is it near your Wi-Fi router? In the instructions it states it needs to be at least 3 feet away from it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like a connection/wiring problem... I would suggest going to the Lg online site explain exactly what is happening. Might be an easy fix... Otherwise, check and make sure everything is connected securely. (I always check on YouTube to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing for whatever device it's happening to) - Good luck.
