“We have an LG SH3k sound bar. It's connected to a Sony TV - Model:XBR55X800E. The LG SH3K sound keeps changing from what sounds stereo to mono. Just watching a laptop wifi video causes it to change. all cables /hardware with TV & Xfinity system are new”
