“what powers the wireless subwoofer? i have never had a wireless anything before”

• It is plugged into the wall separately from the soundbar. Only the sound is transmitted wirelessly. Which helps cut down on wire clutter.

• It uses a power plug. It's only wireless in the sense that you don't have to run a wire from it to the soundbar.
