“Hello. I bought this soundbar yesterday, and I plugged everything in to see if it would work with my tv. When I turn it on however, it only stays on for 10 seconds and then it shuts off. How can I stop this from happening?”

When you turn the 2.1ch 300W Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, Model # SH3K on for the first time, the Auto Power function is turned on. If the unit is turned on automatically with the Auto Power function, it will automatically turn off if there is no signal coming from the device to which it is connected after a certain period of time. If it receives a signal from the TV when a signal comes through the optical digital audio connection, the auto power function will turn the unit on after 5 seconds. Check to make sure that your TVis sending a signal via the Optical Digital Audio output...^IFV
