QuestionI have a 2016 Edition LG Soundbar and Sub. Sub wont stop blinking green light but wont connect to sound bar, and I have no remote. How do I fix this? Ive tried almost everything..

QuestionMy sound bar was working fine, then some how it wasn't paired. When I try to pair it I get a msg. Saying wrong pin or pass key has been entered Iv never seen that befor please help. Thanks

QuestionI just got a Bluetooth record player, synced up to the soundbar. Plays for about 2 minutes, then the soundbar flips from BT to Optical, then I have to move back to Bluetooth via the F button. Why does the it keeping flipping from BT to Optical

Questioni have a sharp aquos tv and we get no sound from the sound bar it was hooked up with optical cable did a trouble shoot with bluetooth linked to iphone and got proper sound also switched out the optical cable to my other tv and the cable worked fine

QuestionI have a Logitech computer speaker system model Z533, which is about 2 years old. It was working fine until all of a sudden, the bass starts to come and go. I moved it to another computer to test it, but it was the same way. Can this be fixed?

QuestionI am trying to find my LG SH3K in the available bluetooth devices in my Alexa app, and it's unable to detect it. I have put the speaker in Bluetooth pairing mode (white bluetooth symbol appearing on front). Not finding this in device list in app. Help!

QuestionBought a Toshiba soundbar and sub combo. The sub and soundbar are hooked up via BT. the sub will work for a little bit then kick off by itself on BT mode. When I hook it up via aux or to my TV, same issue. Sub has been moved few times with no fix.

QuestionI have an LG Soundbar SH3K, and my nephew pulled a microphone the was connected to the port in breaking the tip of the 3.5 jack which now is stuck inside of the soundbar. I would like to know the model # of the port in for this specific model. Thank You!
