QuestionI tried to use an lg spj4-s wireless surround sound kit with it and didn’t work or even connect to it. Any suggestions for additional speakers for the bar?

- Answer All the speakers except for the Subwoofer for the LG - 2.1-Channel Soundbar System with Wireless Subwoofer and Digital Amplifier - Black, Model # SH3K are enclosed within the SoundBar and you cannot add additional speakers to it. ^CP

QuestionI connected my sound bar to my LG OLED wirelessly. Worked great. But the tv doesn’t default to the sound bar automatically. So if I turn the tv off and then back on, I have to go into settings each time to select the sound to come from the sound bar help!

- Answer Check your optical cable and be sure it’s pushed in all the way. Also check your tv sound settings and be sure it’s set to the optical cable. I have not had any issues with mine.

- Answer It can also be paired to a Bluetooth enabled TV so you can stream audio wirelessly to it. ^CP

- Answer Actually the signal would come from your phone or other device Bluetooth capable that you would want to broadcast from the speaker sound bar. I have used my phone to play music and fill the room with the sound.

QuestionSH3K LG sound bar drops sound randomly for 2-3 seconds when playing anything recorded on my Spectrum DVR. Doesn't seem to do so with live TV. It's hooked up with an optical cable.

- Answer You mean the power button just press it again to turn it back on if all else fails unplug from the wall wait 10 seconds and plug back in and power back on from left to right on top is power Bluetooth button with F above it the sound lower then sound higher

- Answer I would recommend the LG or Sony sound bars with the subwoofer. I also have a Sony TV and I blew out two Visio sound bars (under normal household usage) shortly after they were purchased. Neither had a subwoofer and I think the Sony is just too powerful for cheaper sound bars to handle.

- Answer I live in an A-Frame home that has a great room with cathedral ceiling, loft and open floor plan, leading into the dining room and kitchen. It is one large open space with a high pitched vaulted ceiling. I have connected the LG SH3K soundbar with subwoofer to a 49" Toshiba TV. I also connect my laptop computer to the soundbar via Bluetooth so that I can listen to music or streamed videos. The soundbar and subwoofer produce crisp, clear sound with plenty of volume and bass for this space.
