• Yes Usually the ARC hdmi port is labeled on your TV or hdmi 1. It works perfectly on my setup. TV remote controls the sound bar.

• Yes it does. I have a little problem in that I have to hit the function button Everytime I turn it on to switch it to ARC. I may just be doing something wrong but it is a good bar for the price.
