Q: QuestionWhat are the dimensions? Can it be used with a tabletop LG tv with a clearance of 2 inches from bottom of tv?

• A:Answer The sound bar is 35" wide and at its tallest point, it's height is about 2½ to 3". The wireless woofer is a larger unit, about the size of a small shoebox. If you check the specifications on the listing, I believe the exact dimensions are given there. The sound bar does not need to be attached to the TV, although it can be attached if the TV is on a wall mount. It can also sit on a countertop, shelf or table above or below the set. Just remember, the closer the sound bar is located to the TV, the better the sound will appear to sync with the visuals. The woofer can be located further away from the TV.

• A:Answer Yes, the included hdmi or optical connections will work with any tv. I have a Sony xbr-810c and had trouble with the hdmi connection and "Bravia Sync" but using included optical cable worked great for me.

• A:Answer No. There are senders and receivers. The source of the music acts as the sender, and the soundbar as well as your headphones are receivers.

• A:Answer I would think it depends on the type of TV you have. If you have a slim TV then I would say no unless you find or create some adapter to install it on top. I have an HDTV and the top is too slim for the soundbar to be installed.

• A:Answer The portable speaker is part of the product and it would be included in an Open Box unit. The sub woofer is not a regular speaker. It produces added base but it would never be used by itself. I was happy to find that my Open Box unit had actually not been used at all. All of the part were in their original packaging.
