Ensure the sound bar function is set to BT mode and try connecting once more. Should this step fail, proceed to the next troubleshooting tip. Unplug the sound bar from the wall AC outlet and wait about 10 seconds before re-plugging the electrical cord, powering “on” sound bar and trying to connect once again. ^Vanessa
