2. LG TV Sound Sync: If you are using the soundbar with an LG TV, adjust the "LG Sound Sync" setting found in the Sound Out > Optical settings. Turning off "LG Sound Sync" may allow the remote to control the soundbar volume using infrared.

3. Device Connector: Another option is to use the "Device Connector" feature on your TV to set up the magic remote as a universal remote. This feature may support your soundbar and enable volume control.
