Mine does the same thing with a Toshiba set. I'm ready to return it and try a new unit, assuming mine just isn't working properly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you're having some interference issues ? Try changing the cable you're using and just for a test run move the sound bar AWAY from the source ( TV ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT) ( the full length of the connection cord ) to see if that's your problem? If the issue still exist you might have a BAD sound bar.
