Call Lg 1-800 # But first time this happened to me was because I hadnt turned TV off with right remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Double check if you have a connected device set to "wake up", maybe someone else in the house? If the soundbar turns on you shouldn't hear any audio, unless a tv or phone (or another device) is connected and set to "wake up".
