On the remote there is an adjustment for the subwoofer volume, try turning that up. If that doesn't work maybe the woofer is too far away from the bar and is having difficulty connecting strongly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We purchased 2 soundbars for 2 tvs, no problems. Your product might be defective. Also, we use fiber optic cables to achieve quality sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.turn the subwoofer up with the remote, then use your cabel or tv remote volume to make it louder. it vibrates my wall when i do that..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.have you tried adjusting the levels via the remote? If so you might have a defective unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your connections( there are several factors which could cause interference ) you should hear the Bass loudly. But be informed that the louder you raise the level the more of a Booming sound instead of the Crisp Tight sound you might desire. Considering the price it's a great STARTER UNIT. But as your Aquired taste improves you might consider a more serious unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe when listening from another room. For me it sounds like the vol is turned up but when I go into his room the vol really isn't loud. No rumbled noted for me.
