- Answer 17 3/4" is the MAXIMUM height, which is in the middle of the microwave, not the front. The front is only 17" high, and that seems more like 16.25" as the vent tilts back. On the mounting backplate, it's only a smidge over 16" high. Basically, it's not 17 3/4" high on the back or the front, only the midway back. The mounting and visual dimensions are less. Those saying they measured the front to be 17 3/4" are incorrect or didn't actually measure. See picture.

- Answer No, it does not. Best Buy says it does but "microwave" isn't listed as one of the appliances in the LG Skill and it doesn't show as a device in alexa. I contacted LG and confirmed there are no Alexa commands for this microwave

- Answer 61.5 lbs as indicated in the specs for the microwave. You should not need any additional support than the bracket that they provided you with in the box. The instructions and templates that is provided was more than adequate for the install in my case.
