• A queen may be to large and it would take a very long time to dry.

• It can definitely wash the queen size comforter but not dry it. The capacity of the washer is twice that of the dryer meaning that you can fill the washing bin to the top and it will clean it with no problem but if you want to have dry clothes you can only fill the tub to the half way point. So yes a queen comforter can be washed in the machine but it can not be dried in this particular machine.
