“Please help me learn how to dry WITHOUT using the wash cycle. For example, sometimes, I'd like to dry towels a bit longer than other articles of clothing. I have read the manual and looked online and still cannot determine how to use JUST the dryer mode”

I retract my last answer LG is correct you can dry only but you need to use the cotton/normal setting and then just put in the dry time you want. It will spin the clothes and then dry them. Now I really LOVE this machine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure shy LG answered this question saying that it has a dry only cycle because this model does NOT come with that feature. There are other Models that have that option but this unit does NOT come with it. LG should be more careful about how they answer questions and know exactly what unit they are referring to.
