We understand your question about adjusting the shelves in your LTCS20020S refrigerator. To remove and adjust the tempered glass shelves in your refrigerator, we recommend following these simple steps: Empty the Shelf: Before attempting to move it, remove all items from the shelf you wish to adjust. Lift and Tilt: Gently tilt the front edge of the shelf up towards the ceiling. Pull Out: While tilted, lift the shelf straight up and then pull it out toward you. To reinstall the shelf at a new height, simply reverse the process: Guide the Hooks: Tilt the shelf up again and guide the shelf hooks (located on the back edge) into the desired set of slots on the back wall. Lower and Lock: Lower the front of the shelf so that the hooks drop completely into the slots.
