- Answer No…this refrigerator will trip the GFCI every time. In fact, this appliance cannot be plugged into any circuit that has a GFCI in the path or it will trip a downstream GFCI as well. So you will have to find an outlet and dedicated circuit that is not on GFCI.

QuestionWhat does it mean when you save it this product defrost itself? I'm concerned because one of the reviews says that things ice up in the freezer

- Answer The unit has an automatic defrost cycle. During the defrost cycle, you may notice that the unit is not cooling. The cycle last for approximately 30 minutes. It is normal for water to drip into the defrost pan. Water in the drain pan will evaporate. ^Daphane
