My current fridge produces copious amount of water that ends up inside the fridge and on the floor. There is no water attachment to it, so I assume it comes from the defrost. So, where does the the water from defrost go? null

check your doors if its properly closed, there might be issues with the gasket around it which might be the root cause of condensation .. easy way is to put a bright light like a camp one inside the refrigerator, close the door, darken the room and check for light..
