• A:Answer Beware! When I bought my LG 20 CF fridge at Best Buy, the manager told me it came with an ice maker. We looked on line and the picture shows an ice maker. However, fridge delivered, no ice maker. Found out this LG model doesn’t come with an ice maker. I talked to the manager who found an ice kit at AJ Madison that’s I had to order and have delivered. Then, I must call Best Buy and they’ll install. Best Buy will reimburse me the ice maker cost. What a goat rope. Delivery of appliances from BB has been the biggest inconvenience as I had delivery issues with the stove I ordered and had to schedule someone to come in and install a new handle. Delivery people suck big time in Springfield, VA. BB doesn’t make it easy once an item is delivered. Should I really be doing all this work?

• A:Answer The Automatic Ice Maker is not included in all models of the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 20 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator, Model # LTCS20120S. For models that are listed as being "Ice Maker Ready", means that the refrigerator does not come with an Automatic Ice Maker Installed but the Automatic Ice Maker Kit, Model # LK65C, can be installed should you want an Automatic Ice Maker. ^CP

Q: QuestionThe shelves in the door, it looks like then can be moved up and down. I'm wondering, can you buy an 3rd shelf to put on the door. Or does that end up being too much weight on the door itself?
