I have an old oak entertainment system so this was a big concern for me as well, I am limited to a maximum depth of 16.7" when the doors are shut. These are actual measurements from the furthest protruding items on each piece. Speakers: 13.5" high, 9.5" deep & 7.5" wide Stereo: 13.5" high, 16.5" deep & 10.5" wide *** because there are connections on the back of the unit, it cannot be pushed all the way back, flush with wall or cabinet.
