“Im curious why you only offer parts and labor for 1 year, but no labor for the 10 years and just parts? Customers spend on average over $2,000.00 for the LG brand but you only stand behind your quality for 1 year? Why not 10??”

Gives the merchant the opportunity to up sell you an extended warranty. The profit margin on most appliances are very thin. It is more a matter of economics than to an extent- quality. The added benefit of the short warranty releases the manufacturer of long term repair liability.
