I bought LG refrigerator 2015. Since then, I had to replace its 'ice maker', 'compressor' and 'motherboard'. Last time when its motherboard was replaced, it stopped running within 2 hours after the replacement. LG technician mad a FAKE REPORT saying that it stopped running due to an electrical issue with our outlet. What a ridiculous made-up story!! Now, LG Service is telling me that I need to pay for the repair after they FAILED to repair in a timely manner with its 30-day warranty! After dealing with LG Customer Service and a lousy technician with bad attitudes, I'll never buy LG product in my life!!

A warranty repair is performed by an Authorized Service Center for your area based on your specific appliance and issue. Please be advised this unit carries a Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty with a period of 1 year coverage from the date of original retail purchase on parts and labor (Internal/functional parts only) and an extended coverage on the Sealed System: 5 years parts & labor (Condenser, Dryer, Connecting Tube and Evaporator), the Compressor: 5 years parts & labor and the Linear/Inverter Compressor: 6-10 years parts only. Purchasing an additional warrant is a personal preference. Thank you. ^Daphane
