“Yes, the Pullout Drawer. The problem is the drawer’s design. There’s a hanging notch 2/3 the way back on the drawer that prevents it from fully extending. Need to lift drawer up and over rail notch to extend fully. Do I possibly have the wrong drawer?”

• This is a design feature. The first stop allows access to the bottom drawer without the ice tray sliding over it every time you open the freezer. Also, when you pull the drawer beyond the first stop, any ice dropped from the ice maker would not make it in the ice bin.
