• The drawers will open. The only disadvantage is that the door won't swing out as it is designed to do.

• Yes because it sticks out past the cabinets, as it is deeper than the cabinet depth.

• That would be kind of close given the thickness of the door and the handle, I think the handle would be hitting your wall before the door was open.
