• The only difference I can find is that the shelves in the more expensive one are split shelves, so you have more options to maximize space. It also has the butter holder on the door (Is that really important?)

• the shelves and the bottom freezer the handle lifts when opening it. I returned this model for the 21. because of the shelf. I didn't want to deal with opening the door and trying to get the shelf out.
