Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you changed the built-in water filter lately? Most refrigerator manufacturers recommend changing the filter at least twice a year. It is possible the filter is clogged from sediment or other substances in the water system, and not your water line, itself. If you are getting good water flow out of the kitchen sink, then it's likely the filter has done its job and filtered out impurities now, to the point that water is having a hard time passing through it. If you haven't changed the filter since the refrigerator was delivered to the house, try replacing it before making a call for service.
