“Bottom freezer drawer is suddenly very difficult to open. Upon closer inspection I noticed that there is a lot of ice on the rails which makes the bottom drawer extremely hard to pull in and out. Freezer is set to 0. Food boxes also iced. What is wrong?”

• Your freezer temperature is probably too low so try raising the temperature up to avoid ice forming hence freezer burn
