“Looks like this fridge produces way too much ice for our use (dual ice makers, 6.5 lbs per day). Does the unit shut off after the buckets are full and not start overflowing and freezing up like my older GE? Can you shut-off all ice production?”

Both ice makers have an off switch. I keep the freezer one turned off so we can use the space for food rather than ice. We just have the fridge one running and we've had no overflowing even though we rarely use the ice.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no overflow problems. There are shut off buttons. I haven't used these and there is no overflow. Seems like automatic shut off if the ice levels are high.
