“We have had to replace the craft ice maker 2X since we purchased this refrigerator in February 22. Same issue both times as the Craft ice balls do not release. I've been told it is a common problem on these units. Is there a fix for this issue?”

• per Best Buy Geek Squad technician who came to repair our LG side by side refrigerator freezer the craft ice maker breaks down often. Tech replaced the whole unit. Extra warranty protection is worth it as they do not make appliances how they used to :(
