“I just purchased th model # LRMVC2306S. The in door water and ice dispenser does not have a splash guard. There is an indented space that looks like one should be there? Is it missing? In 3 days the craft ice only produced 3 ice balls. Is that normal?”

No I get lots of craft ice and there should be a splash guard.

This model does not come with a separate splash guard; the dispenser area is designed for easy cleaning and drainage. Regarding Craft Ice™ production, it typically produces one batch of three ice spheres every 24 hours. If you're only seeing three ice balls in three days, we recommend checking that the Craft Ice+ setting is enabled, which can increase production.
