“How does the Instaview door work on this one? I tested this one at Best Buy and when I pressed the button the Instaview door did not pop open like some other models. You had to press the button and simultaneously pull the Instaview door to open it.”

To access the InstaView Door-in-Door compartment, lightly press the button on the right refrigerator door handle. ^Daphane

Sorry. My question was unclear because of all the features the door has! I was actually referring to the Door in Door feature. How does that open? Can you press the button and it will pop open or do you have to press and open simultaneously.

To use the instaview you “knock” twice on any part of the door. Knock, Knock...who’s there! Sorry, I couldn’t help it...dad jokes!
