There was no damage on the one we had delivered. Very happy with this purchase

Please try again later.Some of the open box items do have scratches or small dents, I bought French door fridge and it has a few very small scratches nothing you really notice, but I have also bought open box tv’s three times and had no luck, missing remotes, scratched screens, or no pic at all. Really need to check them out good before leaving the store if possible, I think they are returns.

I bought this exact model on an open box. It did have damage to the upper-outside corner of the door. It wasn't enough to change the functionality of the refrigerator but, was definitely noticable. Looks like someone dropped the door on it's corner.
