Given that your height clearance is 70 1/8", the refrigerator should fit as it is shorter than your clearance. Therefore, the LG LMWC23626S should be suitable for your space. - Answer Thank you for this answer, James but I think you misunderstood. My question is not does it come without an external ice maker but rather does it come with NO ice maker. Your answer seems to indicate that it comes with an internal water dispenser and no ice maker at all however when I emailed LG customer support with the question they said it is not available without the ice maker. So which is it?

- Answer It would be better access with out the adjacent wall. The new styled doors are made for a lot more storage. Splitting the storage of the normal storage with the doors. Also opening one door half way because of the wall would not give access to the pull out party tray.
