“I would buy this model but am super concerned about the reports about the ice maker failure...especially the leaking onto the floor issue. Is this something that has been fixed or is it just going to be luck of the draw?”

The first one we bought leaked from the rear water connection where the line enters the ice maker. The line had a crack in it. Best Buy replaced it with a new refrigerator in 2 days. The second one has been fine. My daughter bought the same refrigerator with no leaks or problems at all.
