“I am confused, is this fridge frost free? Description says "manual" but others have said it is frost free and others say it isn't. Have a hard time believing you have to manually defrost taking out your food and placing hot water in it to defrost but???”

• No need to manually defrost. I have owned mine for over 6 months.

• No frost here. It say that to clean the freezer it have to be with warm water

• My freezer drawer is still "frost free" after about 30 days of operation. I think the problem with frost buildup disappeared about 30 years ago once the manufacturers started using air circulation to distribute the cooling.
