Where is power button null

There is a manual joystick button in the middle of the panel where the LG Logo is on the LG Full HD 1080p LED TV - 22'' Class (21.5'' Diag), Model # 22LJ4540 that you can press in to power the TV ON/Off or move to the Left, right or up or down to control the volume or for channel control...^IFV
