Hello, Jay. Lowe’s will deliver and haul away old appliances. Haul away is an additional purchase that is included with product purchase only, and can be added at checkout. You will need to ensure to: Clear a path from the street to the delivery space. Measure the delivery path to ensure it’s wide enough for the product to make it from the front door to the installation location. Note that we can’t remove complex doors to get appliances into delivery spaces. In inclement weather, ensure the path is clear of snow and/or ice. Verify the product will fit in the installation location. Confine all pets to a separate area. Clear the area by the appliance. Empty your existing appliance. Ensure it’s drained of water, not hot to the touch and unplugged, as applicable, and allow time for the freezer to defrost. Have all new cords required for connection. Have an adult age 18 or older present at the time of the appointment to sign for the delivery...^Ivan.
