QuestionIs the stainless steel fingerprint resistant? I had the black stainless in this model before moving and I could wipe the door with a towel and be done. I was disappointed not to be able to replace my new appliance with the black stainless.

- Answer Not smudge resistant at all,and incidentally the door surfaces don't even appear to be stainless steel, at least magnetics won't hold onto it. The doors only getting "smudgier"when you try to clean them. Would love for someone to post what cleaner restores a new look to it because I haven't found one and most make the problem worse.

- Answer There is not a way to disable the dispenser. Not connecting water to the unit would be the only way if you do not plan to add an icemaker. ^Daphane

- Answer This particular model does NOT have a reversible door hinge. If you look at the spec sheet on the Best Buy website, under Features, it will state that the hinge does NOT reverse. This knowledge will help you look at other fridges and see if the hinges can be reversed or not! Have a wonderful day!!!!

- Answer The problem that the garage-ready refrigeration appliances resolve is operation in cold garages. The system cannot chill the air when running in a cold environment. So if you are in a warm climate, like me in Florida, it should work just fine. YMMV

- Answer Hello there. Yes you can put LG Refrigerators in the garage. Although LG doesn't recommend you do. If the temperature inside your garage regularly exceeds 110ºF, it is not an ideal location for a refrigerator. Sweltering conditions can cause a refrigerator to burn out from overuse. The appliance will be continually fighting to compensate for the ambient temperature, so it will be working harder for longer. `Jai.

QuestionAnyone installed their lk75c ice maker? This fridge already has a water dispenser preinstalled. Where does the ice maker connect to the water line? Instructions say to connect it to the line from the valve that feeds the water dispenser. But how????

- Answer We tried to use the ice cube maker from our previous R/F, but its software doesn't "speak" to our new R/F, so we are waiting for one that isn't available at this time; for some reason, the models that WILL function with this R/F are "unavailable at this time."
