• I fill a normal 12oz glass and a cocktail glass without using two hands. Best water and Ice dispencer I've ever used.

• Yes, just press the dispenser paddle with the glass or cup or any container. If you want to use your hand, it's ok, it will work too. This is a LG Refrigerator.
