Hi, if you are asking about the water filter, it's in the upper left corner of the refrigerator cabinet. It's not hard to change or access. I'd say we probably go through 2 filters a year; but I think that would depend on the quality of your water. The filters are not cheap. They run about $50 each. The air filter is in the middle of the refrigerator cabinet on the top of the back wall. It's also not hard to access or replace. The filter run about $25 each and again I would say we went through about 2 per year.
