“We cannot get the "ice plus" feature to work. We have pushed it and it is highlighted. It says it will shut off in 24 hours, but does not make extra ice in the bottom freezer compartment. What do we need to do?”

To troubleshoot the "Ice Plus" feature not working, please ensure the ice maker's on/off switch is in the "on" position, check that the water supply line is properly connected and turned on, and confirm that the freezer temperature is set to 0°F (-18°C) for optimal ice production.
