“The height between the floor and bottom of cabinets is between 68.5" and 68.75". While it seems the fridge would fit (door hinges would extend beyond cabinets), is this enough room at the top? There will be 1" on either side for ventilation.”

It should, BUT it may not for some reason. I recommend watching the “How to Measure Your Reridgerator” video for great tips on ventilation and other doorways and spaces you may not have thought to measure before installation. It’s a pretty short video worth watching.
