It wasn't necessary for me. For you the answer will be determined by whether your opening is bigger than the face dimensions of the oven which are 23" high by 23-1/4" wide.

Please try again later.LG does not make a trim kit for the LG 24" Built-In Smart Single Electric True Convection Wall Oven with Air Fry - Black, Model # WSED3023B and it is not necessary. The W x H x D dimensions for the wall oven are 23 5/16" x 23 3/8" x 22 7/16" and the W x H x D dimensions for the cutout are 22 1/16" x 23 1/4" x 21 15/16" and as you can see from those dimensions, the dimensions for the wall oven overlap those for the cutout negating the need for a trim kit. If you are installing the wall oven in a built-in cabinet, the first step of the installation is to measure your current cutout dimensions and compare them to the cutout dimensions shown on page 6 in the installation guide that comes with the wall oven. Little or no cabinet work may be necessary...^Ivan.
