• No, it is a fixed base. However, I've chosen to wall mount my unit for proper viewing angle.

• I believe it has a fixed base. I have mine wall mounted so it has that ability because of the mounting bracket.

• No, the standard base does not allow for tilting in any direction, unfortunately, but there are some after market mounts you can use to mount it to the wall or countertop/desktop that will allow tilting.
