Can this unit be hooked up to a cable box? null

Yes, this is a smart TV....Cable, Internet or antenna. It also has great reception on the antenna...it scanned and set 88 channels from an antenna in an upstairs' bedroom.

Easy as pie to set up and indeed you can hook up to a cable box. I did right out of the packaging and was watching my new TV in minutes.

I use it with Directv so I am assuming that it can be adapted to cable as well.

Yes, we have ours hooked up to one
