How do access or add the "Tablo" app. null

This is not a compatible LG WebOS TV. Your only option is if you have the App on your compatible phone, tablet ot computer, you can try connecting via the Miracast program, but that will only let you watch it as it plays on your phone, etc.

Regrettably, we do not have access to documentation that lists all of the pre-loaded apps on the Model # 24LJ4840-WU, but most of the more popular apps like Netflix, YouTube, Channel Plus, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play Movies, and VUDU can be found on the TV. Compatible apps can be downloaded from the LG Content Store (App Store). ^CP
