You can inquire about if Best Buy still carries under the counter mounts that you can use to mount the LG HD 720p Smart LED TV - 24" Class (23.6" Diag), Model # 24LJ4840-WU under counters. With regards to if it will fit, its W x H x D dimensions without the stand attached are 21.8” x 13.5” x 2.2” and they are 21.8” x 15.1” x 5.5” with the stand attached...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The height from top to bottom on the stand it's about 15 and a quarter inches. And yes it fits under my covers just nicely the distance from the counter to the bottom of the cupboards is 20 inches in my kitchen

Please try again later.As long as the top of your counter and bottom of cabinet space you are referring to is 15.2 or more inches tall, you have 5.5 inches of depth, and 21.9 inches or more of width then it will fit. If you don't have that amount of space then it will not. You can make the unit smaller by buying a TV mount and attaching it to the wall. This would give you 13.5 inches of height instead of 15.1, and would only be 2.2 inches of depth, the width would still be the same (unless your mount is bigger than the TV.) We hung our TV because all stands take up a lot of unnecessary space. Every TV we own is hanging on a wall somewhere. Plus this allows you to have the ability to pull the TV out when in use, and also pushing it back in so it is out of the way when you need counter top space. On a stand you will not be able to get that space without unplugging and removing the tv each time you need that counter top space back. So my recommendation would be to buy a good wall mount with a small width, and attach to the wall. If you have something that is preventing you from mounting the wall, then the stand is your only option. Below are all the dimensions that you need to make your decision. I also added the wall mount that we bought for this particular TV that will allow you to pull the tv out from underneath the cabinet when in use, and pushing it back to hide when not in use. The only thing about the wall mount is you will have to buy longer screws to make it fit. Once we did that we have had 0 issues with the wall mount, and it works really well. Hope this helps.
