A:AnswerNO. Spectrum's website states that their Spectrum TV app is only compatible with Samsung brand tv's. I wish known that before trusting far too many people here who falsely answered "Yes" to being able to load Spectrum app. Nor is there a LG web browser on this tv so that method is out as well. I have not tried Roku so I don't know if that will work as some have claimed. However I CAN say that I just confirmed that my Android Samsung Galaxy phone could successfully Share Cast to this LG Tv and was somewhat surprised that it also transmitted the sound perfectly. I simply connected to my home network over my phone and pulled up the spectrum app and started watching TV on my phone. Then I turned on the sharing services on my Android as well as on the TV through the menu systems and connected the two together. On Android you have to have SmartThings turned on or else the mirror cast won't work. It's a little glitchy but it's better if the phone is closer to the TV and the good thing is it's not using the data plan if your on your Wi-Fi. Bad thing is you can't really use your phone without disrupting the TV show. I might just get a Roku.
