If your LG LG - 24” Class LED HD Smart TV with webOS (2022), Model # 24LQ520S-PU, is not showing a full screen, then you will need to check the Aspect Ratio it is set for in its settings menu or check what Asect Ratio the set-top box is set for if you have cable service programming. The TV has a native HD (1366 x 768) resolution, which has a 16:9 Aspect ratio, and should be set for that to give you a full screen...^Ivan
